Refund and cancellation policy

Cancellation

The ₹999 payment is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

Your access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed, so payments are not refundable once your account has been created, except in these cases:

• You were charged more than once for the same sign-up (the extra payment is refunded).
• Your payment went through but we could not give you access and could not fix it within 7 days.

How to ask

Message Nikunj on WhatsApp or call +91 99602 11500 with your username and payment ID (it is in your Razorpay receipt). Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks and Razorpay usually take 5 to 7 working days to show the money.

Classes

The fees and any guarantee for the 1-on-1 ground classes are agreed with Nikunj directly and are separate from this policy.
