Terms and conditions

These terms cover the TrueHeading student zone at trueheading.fun, run by Nikunj Kariya ("TrueHeading", "we"). By paying for access or logging in you agree to them.
What you get
After a one-time payment of ₹999 you get an account with unlimited access to the practice questions, mock tests, flashcards and simulators in the student zone. There is no monthly fee. Access continues for as long as TrueHeading keeps the student zone running. We may add, change or improve content over time.
Study aid only
The student zone is a revision tool. It does not guarantee that you will pass any DGCA exam. The questions are practice questions written for revision and are not the real exam. Always check current DGCA and ICAO publications. The first-attempt pass guarantee that applies to the 1-on-1 ground classes does not apply to the ₹999 student zone access.
Your account
- You choose your own username and password. Keep them private.
- One account is for one person. Please do not share your login.
- You can change your password after you log in. To reset a forgotten password, message us on WhatsApp.
- Students of the 1-on-1 classes get a login created by Nikunj and do not need to pay the ₹999.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, resell, scrape or republish the questions, flashcards, diagrams or simulators, and do not try to break or overload the website. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing a login or copying content.
Payment
Payments are made in Indian rupees through Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. See the refund and cancellation policy for refunds.
Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available but provide it as it is. We are not responsible for exam results or for losses from relying on the content. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
