Exam point
The Convention is the law and the Annexes are its Standards ("shall") and Recommended Practices ("should"). A State that cannot comply files a difference with ICAO under Article 38. Learn the order: 1 Licensing, 2 Rules, 3 Met, 4 Charts, 5 Units, 6 Operation, 7 Marks, 8 Airworthiness, 9 Facilitation, 10 Telecom, 11 ATS, 12 SAR, 13 Investigation, 14 Aerodromes, 15 AIS, 16 Environment, 17 Security, 18 Dangerous goods, 19 Safety management.
Study aid only. Figures here are simplified and fictional, so always use current DGCA and ICAO documents and the approved manual for real operations.
